Please do not do your banking here. My husband and I were members of the Richfield Bloomington Credit Union for over 30 years. Customer service began to decline prior to the name change and now it is worse. For 30 years we gave total loyalty on our part - every checking & savings, account, CD, retirement account, mortgage loans, car loans, personal loans, student loans, credit card, etc. Then there was a late fee that was really questionable and we asked them to split the cost of it, not remove it, split it, and we were talk... read more
Opened an account - very misleading on capabilities of mobile banking! Went in today to close account. I did not have my account numbers - they asked my name only - no id check and I was able to close all accounts and walk out with cashiers check or cash. Very disturbing that I was able to do this with no security checks.
