Do not waste your time with these people. I spoke to 4 different people in the 2.5 short months I allowed them to BS me. They pass you around like a bad habit and each one calls themselves a team. I had one specific debt I needed help dealing with and they screwed that up! I first talked to a guy who sold me my plan then I spoke with another guy who set me up with some girl who wrote me three emails in 2 months. Not impressed at all - very similar experience to many of the honest 1 and 2 star reviews on here or Yelp - understand a lot of their 4 and 5 star reviews are from fake accounts or accounts companies can hire that simply get paid to leave reviews. There's confusion as to what they actually do and I will tell you. You hop on a call with a closer - and they over promise and under deliver to get you to sign up.
