Went there while traveling thru. Got a new technician,came home with bleeding heels and ask for polish . Just went to my usual person back home and had to take gel off...not happy!
I had a appointment with Hollie a lash artist at this salon and i showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and she canceled it through the app without letting me know personally and i texted her and she sent a rude text back very unprofessional i wouldn’t recommend going here or getting lashes by Hollie they don’t look good either and are very clumpy
Overall I am very disappointed. I showed up to my appointment ten minutes ahead of time and not even one staff member acknowledged me. Two staff members just looked at me. Although the staff were taking care of other clients they could have respectfully acknowledged my presence or told me to wait for a period of time until they were done with the previous client.
