A Nightmare CPA Experience. My experience with My Count Solutions was nothing short of a nightmare. From their abysmal communication (unanswered phone calls and emails) to their shoddy workmanship at every filing, that in the end cost us a great deal. Every aspect of their service fell short of even the lowest expectations. USE AT YOU OWN RISK.
If you're looking for a CPA to handle your taxes, I'd advise looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, our experience with My Count Solutions and Tareq has been costly and problematic. His mistakes and poor communication have led to significant issues with the IRS, causing us to spend thousands of dollars to rectify them.
