Our family of 10 spend 3 nights over the Labor day weekend at Casa Tranquilidad. It was an outstanding experience. Our concierge Susan was extremely helpful to advice and arrange our whole trip. As a result our Costa Rica experience was one of the best we have had in recent memory. We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Bamboo in Manuel Antonio booked via VRBO. Communication with Scott was great and the concierge, Susan, was fantastic. The house was very spacious for our family of 4, beautifully furnished and really well equipped. We saw lots of amazing wildlife from the property including white faced capuchins, toucans, sloths, kinkaju, an opossum, lots of iguanas and basilisks and even a fer de lance snake. Susan’s beach and restaurant recommendations were perfect.
Casa Tranquilidad was absolutely amazing. We booked multiple excursions through Susan and they were all very fun experiences with on time transport! Everything went smoothly. We also booked the private chefs (Renzo and Roberto) and they were incredible! Not only was their food delicious, but their service and professionalism was truly spectacular. Scott has created an amazing home! We celebrated both my boyfriend's and my 60th birthdays here with 13 family members and friends, ages 14–60, and it was perfect. The house was spacious, beautiful, and everyone had a fantastic time. We loved spending evenings in the pool and mornings watching monkeys and birds while enjoying coffee on the porch.
