Loved every minute of our stay here. It was the perfect place To come home too after a full day of Costa Rican activities. The concierge service was exceptional and made our entire day so smooth and easy. Plenty of space for both socializing and quiet time, and the pool was a huge hit.
We had a great stay at Casa Zen. The home is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication from Scott. Our concierge, Sarah, was so helpful with booking activities for us, making recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and answering all our questions, and it was so wonderful to have housecleaning every day. Top tier vacation rental. Location is excellent. The communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. Listening to the howler monkeys in the mornings was special. Kids loved the pool and the several barbecues we had as a family. All around great experience and would recommend to other travelers. 10/10
We have traveled to all inclusive international venues, experienced high level cruises, this facility and experience was the most intimate highest level concierge experience our family and adult children’s family have taken.
