We have traveled to all inclusive international venues, experienced high level cruises, this facility and experience was the most intimate highest level concierge experience our family and adult children’s family have taken. Casa Elsa is not just a house, it is an experience. Being immersed in the jungle in a contemporary open-air structure was like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. It was truly remarkable. The whole team was extremely helpful and the daily cleaning/ laundry made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend Casa Elsa to everyone.
We loved our stay at Casa Zen! Had a group of 7. The kids loved the pool. Great location, Sarah the concierge met us at check in and check out to make sure we were all set up and went through the house with us. Beautiful home. We had a private chef that we used for dinner one night, at Sarah’s recommendation and he was incredible. Highly recommend the experience. House was within 15 minutes of Manuel Antonio national park. My husband and I just had the pleasure of staying in this spectacular Costa Rican home, Casa Tranquilidad! We enjoyed the sites and sounds of the jungle while relaxing on the balcony, in the hot tub and pool! Thanks to Andrea, the house is spotless and well maintained. Fantastic property but it goes beyond brick and mortar. The house backs up to the rain forest and as soon as we stepped onto the property the concierge pointed out a baby anteater sleeping in a tree. Saw iguanas, howler monkey, bats, macaws, toucans and so much more during our stay. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is clean and the pool or the upstairs spa are great places to spend the evenings till the sun goes down just watching for wildlife.
