I ordered a gift for Christmas that was a pre order and I couldn’t of been happier with the communication emails I received many times with updates, always keeping me in the loop with everything that was happening which has been a real relief and pleasure considering some things I have ordered for Christmas I give up on with the lack of communication so it’s been really refreshing. I have been telling my friends about the wonderful service and will gladly buy from here again

Visited this place in June 2025, to buy a stainless steel saucepan. Love their collection. Just pity a bit far from me. Purchased a saucepan. Had an issue with the cover handle and very happy with costumer support. Will definitely purchase from here again. I have my eyes on a few items already.
This is a store which needs to be visited to see the very high quality and variety of products sold. What made my day was the excellent advice I received, which meant I spent less than half of what I had expected to pay and yet now have exactly what I need. I strongly recommend taking the time to look around and ask for help when needed. The results will speak for themselves!
