Visited this place in June 2025, to buy a stainless steel saucepan. Love their collection. Just pity a bit far from me. Purchased a saucepan. Had an issue with the cover handle and very happy with costumer support. Will definitely purchase from here again. I have my eyes on a few items already.
This is a store which needs to be visited to see the very high quality and variety of products sold. What made my day was the excellent advice I received, which meant I spent less than half of what I had expected to pay and yet now have exactly what I need. I strongly recommend taking the time to look around and ask for help when needed. The results will speak for themselves!
A hidden gem of cookware around Chatswood.
This shop is a nice hidden gem located within a small shopping mall and has an excellent range of Japanese cookware products. It felt like I was in a store down Kappabashi Street in Asakusa! Store owner was friendly and knowledgeable about the products (we bought a donabe pot). I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to further your Japanese cooking with gorgeous cooking equipment at fair prices.
