I just recently joined My Concierge Pharmacy as a patient & I cannot say enough positive things about my experience so far. The pharmacist Dr. J, is an absolute doll. She has answered all my questions, even if not prescription related. There is a small staff & they have all been wonderful as well. I’ve had interactions with CVS, Walgreens & Publix pharmacies that were difficult, unpleasant & frustrating. Fantastic! I, like many people, never knew this kind of service existed. So for years, I have been dealing with the mainstream pharmacies (ie, Walgreens, Publix etc). Every refill felt like a chore. I’d sit on hold for way too long only to be told my RX was out of stock with no confirmed arrival date, and that I should call back tomorrow and begin the whole ordeal again. WASTE OF TIME CALLING UNLESS YOU HAVE CREDIT CARD OUT AND READY TO PAY $200. I called with a simple, uncomplicated question concerning one medication, not 10 or 11. The pharmacist, Ms. Jenkins, answered the phone, "Dr. Jenkins." I thought this would be a professional call, but before I could have any kind of dialogue with her to see if if this pharmacy would be a match, she passed me over to her co-worker Bresden because she said she wanted to be paid to speak to her even for a minute. My Concierge Pharmacy is simply the best pharmacy you could ever have! I have pill packs managed by the pharmacist so I can be guaranteed they are correctly done. I also love the personal concern I receive from the pharmacist when she calls me once a month every month just to see if I have any questions or concerns. I’m so pleased with everything and can only say if you go to My Concierge Pharmacy, you will always be as happy with them as I am.
