My great grandmother has been cared for by My Companionship, and honestly, they’ve been amazing. The carer is so caring and really understands her needs, always showing up on time and with a kind heart. It’s great to know someone is just a call away 24/7 whenever we need help or have questions. Huge thanks to Rosie, the care manager, who’s been wonderful at keeping everything running smoothly and making us feel supported. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for great home care.

I did not realise I did not mention Nish or Nickey in past reviews. Overall each staff member in their own way has been supportive , emphatic and compassionate. I have found Nish also being a nurse is a bonus. Both medical and personal. Forever busy if not urgent it may take a couple of days but always hears you and gets back to you. Disappointing experience overall. Very slow to respond to enquiries—you constantly have to follow up to get any action. They promise the world at the start, but the follow-through is poor. Communication is inconsistent, and important service requests are left unresolved unless chased multiple times. For a service that's supposed to support vulnerable clients, the lack of reliability is really concerning. I expected far better.
My Companionship has been a great experience for Lynette and I as they provide everything they promise as soon as possible. On time everytime and contact us if any deviation of such delay.
