The location I went to has no clue what they are doing. The cost they demanded me to pay up front was way over my copay requirement. When I asked if they verified my portion with my dental insurance I was told I did not have any. I told them that it should be on file but the girl hadnt even looked. She called me back...she found the information but the amout didnt change. I instructed again they need to verify my insurance before I agree to pay anything. They threatened to cancel my appointment after it had been rescheduled ... read more
