I’ve been banking with them for several years. Service just kept getting worse. I finally decided after the 4th time in one year that my card was compromised, it’s time to move my money to a more professional institution. I mean you can’t even call the local branch to speak someone. When you call fraud everyone acts as if they don’t understand what you’re talking about? It’s ridiculous!
