I recently had my truck repaired, and there or some problems. The Advisor that took my truck had to go on paternal leave for a couple weeks and my truck got lost in the shuffle for a couple of weeks, but every effort was made to make things right I understand that sometimes things fall through the cracks, and even though there were some delays, I really appreciate that Rico made every effort to get my truck out of the shop as soon as he could.
