The staff here were awesome! Super friendly and answered all our questions. The were fast on estimate and getting repairs done. I would highly recommend them!
Gerber collision is doing fraudulent business to send charges to USAA and to make client signed consent without clarification. When I questioned what am I signing I was told consent for inspection report. I was never given estimate and I was informed by the inspector of gerber collision. We are working on the car half way through. I was furious how is it you working when I never consented to start working on it prior to getting estimates of the damages. Hail storm. Truck damage. Gerber on Hwy 151 wanted to keep truck for 5 days for the estimate. I said no. Called insurance back and had them do estimate. Schedule truck for drop off but Gerber staff said they no longer had claim in thier system. Witin the hour insurance sent claim back to Gerber. I called Gerber back to drop off truck but they said that department had gone home and they were now setting drop offs for next week. I really became upset.
