I had an excellent experience at the 410 location thanks to Daryl and Cassandra. Both were very helpful, considerate, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. Since I had my child with me, Cassandra made sure the lobby was kid-friendly by putting on educational children’s shows, which kept my little one entertained. The staff here were awesome! Super friendly and answered all our questions. The were fast on estimate and getting repairs done. I would highly recommend them!
Gerber collision is doing fraudulent business to send charges to USAA and to make client signed consent without clarification. When I questioned what am I signing I was told consent for inspection report. I was never given estimate and I was informed by the inspector of gerber collision. We are working on the car half way through. I was furious how is it you working when I never consented to start working on it prior to getting estimates of the damages.
