We only used Gerber because State Farm would not work with my preferred body shop. Techs & office personnel do not communicate with each other / they were not prepared to sub out work they could not handle / told me my truck was ready then we were turned away & told it wasn't ready - needs better management & to learn internal & customer communications 7 months later, I found out Gerber was paid for the decals by State Farm & is refusing to release the money to my decal vendor because he requested a check & they told him no;... read more
