This service really wasn't helpful at all for us and generally a waste of money if you've already done other financial planning. After reviewing our situation, they really had nothing to offer us. I'm disappointed I wasted the money on this. Every email after the initial eval has been trying to sell us on other service that we could be upcharged for. They seem well-intentioned but if I had the choice to do it over again, I would pass on it.
I have found My College Planning Team to be super responsive, and informative. I felt like they listened and are vested in our having a good outcome. Looking forward to working together.

I attended one of their webinars a while ago, and recently had a 1-on-1 meeting. Jack was very helpful, outlined potential strategies, and gave a lot of good advice. His information was very useful and tailored to our situation, not just generic fluff. The service that they offer to provide throughout our child's college years sounds very promising, too. A great first experience.
