Inconvenient shipping requiring a signature for $20 cleaning tablets! Newsflash… online shopping is supposed to be convenient. Having to go to the post office at Xmas is definitely not convenient. It’s 2024 and aust post use “safe drop”.

We where really looking forward to viewing the Ascaso machine we wanted in store and obtaining some final advice before buying. On arrival we were informed that we required an appointment. However we were returning home (450kms away) and no times where available during our stay in Melbourne.
