Absolute scammers bought a vehicle from amy. It was in the shop more than a dozen times and sat over 30 days Within 2 months. Within a week it was in the shop!! Was told by a professional shop that their mechanics hid issues and caused more problems and broke items on the car while trying to hide shitty work!! They accused us of running the brakes within 2 weeks.. They were steel to steel on the rotors. Which we paid $600 + out of pocket for them to fix.. Took my Mom's (She's 82) car in for a second opinion due to local Ford dealership (Fort Smith) telling her of all the issues with her car. FYI. car is Ford Escape 2015 with less than 60,000 miles. She was scared to even drive her car home after just getting her oil changed and tires rotated (that's another story). I overall do not recommend this place. This Is my review from 3 years ago. We came from nearly 3 hours away to purchase a vehicle that we were Interested In (a 2005 GMC Envoy). We had made prior meeting arrangements but when we arrived we had to sit & wait around for maybe 20 or so minutes for the employee to show up cause the owner/person we talked to was out of town.
