Terrible experience. Dr Deepthi is impossible to understand. I have no idea how he passed an English equivalence test. He is dismissive and arrogant. Do not see this doctor if you are a DVA veteran he has zero knowledge of veterans and how to treat. I believe that he should not be treating ex personal. He does not read your previous records at all. Or bother to check scripts on the database of scripts that is in the my clinic plus eaat system! You turn through doctors like a pan cake. You use and abuse trainee doctors. They do long shifts at hospital then have to work for you. There is only 1 lowly qualified doctor. Dr Deepthi who would have to be the most arrogant doctor ever witnessed. He thinks he has the right to not treat patients that have been now disadvantaged as other doctor has been moved to another medical practice. This really wasn't my choice of clinic to begin with, I had to go here, but if you really have to go here I'd pick "Doctor" Dippi or whatever his name is last unless you want a clipboard thrown at you. Also they are extremely disorganised.
Amazing GP and staff, dr Tahmina saved me from trouble, renewed my medications and referred me where I needed. Very kind and understanding. Reception staff is also kind and welcoming.
Amazing service from Dr Deepthie Ramasinghe. I am traveling around Tasmania and needed some medical attention. Dr Deepthie was very caring and thorough and luckily everything turned out fine. Cecilia the receptionist was lovely to talk to on the telephone, and made sure I recieved my reports. I'm so thankful for the quick wonderful kind service. Thankyou both so much.
