Worse practice I've EVER been too. Have now gone to another Drs clinic

Dr Kay, very helpful, listened to my questions was considerate and respectful, reception staff friendly and very helpful.
The GP wanted me to convert over to the practice before he would write out a referral for a specialist he was not helpful at all I have never experienced this before, then charged me for a service he didn't provide. The Reception staff are 5 Stars without question and the practice is very clean and warm and friendly. My Clinic Plus at the Devonport location is very professional and exceptional service.
