They rebuilt my fuel pump for my 1957 Thunderbird. Looked great and worked great although only driven twice since installed. Talked to Carmello before I sent over my fuel pumps. He rebuilt 2x double action AC Delco FPs for my WWII trucks. I'm installing them today. He also incldued a new gasket with the correct weep hole cut out. I'll be sending him 2x more AC Declo FPs later this week. I'm including before and after photos below.
Had my fuel pump rebuilt and when I installed the pump the fuel pressure is in excess of the 4.5 psi specification causing fuel to pour from the top of the carburetor. Contacted My Classic Car Trader but they ignored my concerns even though I told them I reinstalled my old fuel pump and didn't have an over-pressure issue. There is a known issue with Carter fuel pump rebuild kits causing over-pressure. Choose your fuel pump re builder wisely.
