Desiree was so helpful and patient during this exciting process. This was not my first home purchase. I've purchased more than a handful of homes and there's a lot that goes into getting a mortgage. All lenders are not the same! Some make you do all the work and hopefully you've got all your ducks in a row. My City Home Loans was one of the easiest mortgage brokers I've ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Desiree Gardner and her team did a great job. They were efficient and ensured the process moved along timely. We did have a small issue during closing; however, Desiree immediately assisted and resolved the issue so that the closing did not have to been delayed.
