I booked an appointment online to get my battery replaced. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up for the repair and I was informed that they didn't have the parts and hadn't ordered them, despite requesting this information as part of the booking process. During the online booking it stated that payment was only due after the repair was done, but in the physical store they wanted payment in full prior to getting the repair.
