I think its crazy that I did a review on this company 2 years ago and its somehow been deleted. Well ima leave another review if it means it will help people to stay away from this company. I paid for 2 characters, face painting and a Minnie Mouse. Well only Minnie showed and that person said they had nothing to do with the face painter. Tried calling the company and it was no help. I hate to leave negative comments, but I truly wish I had read the reviews before booking this “company”. I was planning a 10th birthday party for a client and decided to book the My Cartoon Party game truck. The day of the event, my business partner and I called about 30 minutes before the start time to ensure that they were en route. We were told by the owner that they were en route and it was 30 minutes before start time (you can’t start at the time you were supposed to if you arrive then and still have to setup).
