i was a little nervous because my last carpet cleaning experience was not very good, and my carpet was in really rough shape with old stains that had been there a long time. i honestly thought i would need to replace it because it looked beyond saving. My Carpet's Cleaning Escondido did an excellent deep carpet cleaning job, and the results made my whole home look fresh and bright again. darius was responsible, respectful, and very thorough with the stain treatment and steam cleaning. he took his time, did not rush the work,... read more
We hired them for a full carpet cleaning in our home before moving out in Escondido, and the results were amazing. The carpets had several old stains from before we moved in, and we honestly did not think they would come out. Sebastian did an excellent job and brought the carpet fibers back to life. By the time the cleaning was finished, every stain was gone and the carpets looked fresh, bright, and very well cared for. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. He also shared helpful carpet c... read more
They have cleaned our carpet, recliners, and sofa twice, and each visit has been a very good experience. isaiah and marvin worked really well together, and you can tell they truly care about your home while doing the carpet and upholstery cleaning. They paid close attention to detail, treated our furniture with respect, and made sure every area looked fresh and well cared for. i also appreciated that they used smart drying practices after the sofa cleaning. Instead of putting damp cushions right back into the couch, they lef... read more
Update: We have kept using this carpet cleaning service for our home, and they have always done a great job. They are a family-owned small business, and I really like supporting local companies. A neighbor referred me because they use a low-chemical, carpet-safe cleaning process, and their work has been consistently flawless. Our carpets look fresh, bright, an... read more
Wow, I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. They went far beyond what I expected. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned, and one room had black paint spots worked into the fibers. I honestly did not think the paint would come out, but Isaiah did an excellent job and was able to remove most of it. While he was there, he also asked if I had ever had my travertine cleaned and offered to do a small test area so I could see the results before deciding. There was no pressure at all, just a helpful sample of the stone and t... read more
