i wish i could give more than 5 stars! this is definitely the best company for carpet cleaning. my carpet looked amazing once the cleaning was done. even though i vacuumed before, i couldn't believe how much extra pet hair was pulled out with their equipment. marvin was very professional and super friendly. you could tell he really cares about doing a great job, and he absolutely did! all the stains came out easily, the carpet dried fast, and i'll for sure call them again for my next cleaning.

We just moved into a new house in Escondido, and the carpets looked so worn out that I thought replacing them was the only option. The team provided outstanding customer service and fair prices for carpet cleaning. They showed up right on schedule and stuck to the price I was given over the phone. I’ll definitely keep using their carpet cleaning services. What really impressed me was that Marvin took care of a tough pet stain on my carpet before starting the main cleaning. I had no idea how to get it out, but Marvin handled it with no problem. Service like this doesn’t come around often! I’m really happy and will be a loyal customer from now on.

We had a small water issue in our basement that left our carpet needing some work—new tack strips, fresh padding, a carpet patch, and re-stretching. I reached out early on and spoke with Ernest, who was friendly and honest about his schedule. Things got delayed on our end because of a family emergency, but Ernest was really understanding and patient, never making us feel rushed.
