They advertised free testing irrespective of insurance during peak covid seasons but later tried to bill my insurance which was also denied. And a year later they sent a bill for $400 saying they had billing problems earlier. 1 star as they did waive it off after multiple back and forth and admitting that the tests were originally advertised as free.
Beware. My Care Labs will bill your insurance for testing. I was charged $400 by my insurance for using this service as it was considered out-of-network. The advertisements claiming free with ANY insurance are FALSE.
