Order not received. Contacted several times with excuses about short on staff and will send that day. Tracking not received. Item not received. Now ignoring me. Will be chasing up through fair trade to ensure they are aware this is a scam business. Advise all other customers with same problem to do the same so they shut this guy down.
Avoid this business! Not sure what's going on here but I have had the exact same issue with all the other people here leaving bad reviews. Item was purchased and never got a tracking number. Made multiple efforts to contact this business through emails,texts and phone calls. Hardly answers the phone and never gets back to if your lucky he picks up. Won't be in business long with poor customer service like that. Lucky I paid with PayPal. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.
Purchased vacuum tube, received invoice, money taken, but did not receive product. All communication with this company goes unanswered. Don't buy from this place. Have put in complaint with PayPal.
Ordered a part to do with auto lights for my business with a work email... No email, no stock confirmation. No shipping update. No refund. No responses 24/7..... MyCarPerfomance.com.au = unreliable & unprofessional. They rerspond only to reviews and they still only have a 2.7 star rating...
I had a not ss great experience with this business. 1. Ordered a number of parts online. All parts were listed as available . 2. Website claimed parts would be sent within 1 day. 3. Day 6 inquired about parts. 4. Started to think I had been ripped off - so I looked up reviews and went through the website. 5. Owner contacted me with a couple excuses but thought he must be legit. 6. Day 8 contacted my bank and checked ASIC to confirm business registration but it wasn't registered.
