Highly recommend! Recently part exchanged my car for a bigger family car. The guys were extremely helpful. They let me try the boot out to make sure my pram fitted and answered every question I had. They taxed and MOT’d our new car ready for collection also. They were just so polite and never pushed the sale at all. The service was just outstanding and I recommend “Fordthorne used cars” to anyone who’s looking for great customer service and a retailer you can trust.
Fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle through Fordthorne / my car journey. Met the salesman Richard, and from the outset he was absolutely fantastic - and by far the best person I've ever bought a car from. I was offered a fantastic deal on the part exchange of my old vehicle, and my new one is amazing too, and was gleaming when it left the forecourt. Richard is a credit to your team, and from start to finish the whole transaction ran smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend & buy again!
Great experience purchasing my new car at Fordthorne Salesman rhys was very professional great communication ,friendly and polite and had great knowledge of the cars available fab showroom, and I would highly recommend them.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the cars they are selling and do everything they can to help you. I have bought a few cars from Rhys over the last few years.
