They did an excellent job, on time, and two hundred dollars under estimate. If you need body work, use them. I have used them three times and I've been pleased with they're work every time.
If I could give these guys 11 stars I would. I've had 2 different vehicles in 3 times this year due to bad Spokane drivers. Every time these guys provided excellent service, solid body work and perfect paint match. They made the whole process painless. Thank you 🙏🏻
My Car did some front end repair work on my vehicle a few months back, after I was unable to avoid a hunk of concrete that fell out of the back of a truck I was following. They were very friendly, fast, and efficient. Over this past weekend, I managed to dislodge a few clips from my front bumper by parking too close to the curb. I wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive, so I stopped in this morning, and the guys took my car right back, fixed it all up for me, and didn’t charge me anything. They are amazing!
Excellent experience with this auto body shop! Scott helped me and went well beyond the extra mile to track down parts to fix my mom's older car. He kept me updated on status, was very sensitive to my mom's budget and was pleasant and professional all the way. When I need auto body repair services in the future I won't go anywhere else but to My Car Collision Center!
I found this collision center online and it was close to where my daughter got into an accident, so I decided to choose this business to get the work done for repairs. I spoke with a gentleman on Monday and then the same person on Wednesday about having a quote done if the other vehicles insurance does not cover the repairs. Wednesday I was told that there was no drop off location for after hours and the vehicle would need to be dropped off during business hours.
