My purchase (and last one I will ever make) was completely wrong! They sent me the wrong items and the wrong sizes! I emailed nicely explaining the issue and they ignored me. I tried calling and got nothing. I had to file a dispute in order for them to listen. Horrible customer service. I ended up getting my money back and shortly after I did, I got many negative and harassing emails from mycampuscloset because I disputed their mistake and won. They removed me from the program.
