Our technician, Thaer, was terrific. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our kitchen faucet swiftly and repaired it efficiently. Very nice man. He also gave us some helpful advice to avoid future plumbing problems.
We had Thaer come to fix a p. Trap problem we weren't able to fix. He came and tried to work with the parts we had already bought and adjusted the service to our needs going above and beyond to help us out as much as he could. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him and the company based on our experience today.
