It was good while it lasted!
The macaroons and scones we had were amazing. Probably the best I have had in a very long time.
I drove an hour to try this place. Was hoping to find fresh sourdough bread, I wasn’t so lucky as they didn’t have any. I got macaroons, and they were definitely a flop, just hard as a rock with no chew, a big disappointment for the price point. A professional baker should have better quality control. Overall it looked like they make good American style cookies and scones, French style croissants looked mediocre. This is the ONLY bakery in town I’m aware of that makes their own croissants in house! I crave the almond croissant often and it never disappoints. The service here is also phenomenal and Margaret is such a lovely human. Can’t wait for my next visit.
