Used Gorgi to do a combined bathroom, toilet and laundry upgrade. He was personable, kept me up to date with everything going on, worked with the apartment building manager to get the job done, and completed works in an order that meant we were able to use the toilet and shower as quickly as possible. We have used Gorgi on a number of projects and am surprised to see the 1 star reviews as our experience have been very different. We used Gorgi on multiple occasions because, unlikely other builders, Gorgi didn't run away from problems and is very solution orientated whenever we bumped into challenges during construction. We valued Gorgi's honesty and transparency throughout the process and would use him again for future projects.

Worst builder I have dealt with completely ruined our bathroom renovation and had the nerve to say it's wear and tear. Cabinets don't line up and made from materials not suited to wet areas. Taps leak, tiling is terrible with no fall. Drain in the shower propped up with bits of rock. Bench tops cut poorly with no overhang, leaving them exposed to water damage. Other builders who have seen his work urged us to complain. We paid over $35.000 and the whole thing needs to be redone. Has not supplied any certification for plumbin... read more
