Friendly staff with really good customer service. Fixed my bike (early) and called me to tell me it was ready. When I bought my bike they were very helpful, spending as much time as I needed helping me with the differences between the bikes I was looking at. It made buying a bike a lot easier with their expert advice. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
