Damon did a fantastic job! He was thorough and took the time to explain the problem as well as the repair. He also was very cautious about cleanliness, given the current pandemic. Additionally, Damon was so good with my dog! I will definitely be a My Buddy The Plumber customer for life.

Caleb came out to look at a leaking shower. He couldn't find the leak and said it was either the shower drain or shower pan and suggested we call insurance to get them involved to replace the shower and had a contractor come by as well. We did. And it looked like we were gonna replace a tile shower and spend at least $2500 (deductible). I ended up getting a second opinion from another plumbing company... Eric showed up right on time, wore a mask, and covered his shoes. super polite and courteous! went over the issues with me. went out of his way to choose the best option. turned out that what I thought would be a huge deal was just a simple fix! he went above and beyond any expectations that I had. I will be calling him for ALL of my plumbing/heating needs in the future! I could not be more pleased!

We had our main sewer line back up. We called and had someone in right away. Kyle handled dealing with the landlord, people to come out and clean our basement, people to fix all damages. He got the clog (roots from a tree) taken care of right away and was so helpful and honest. I highly highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier.

Vance came to the house after a frantic phone call, because we had no clue what was going on with our air. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing, heating and air problems you might have.

Kyle and Eric were awesome to work with! I had them install a new kitchen faucet AND a water softener. Both were done timely and with great workmanship! Competitively priced too! I'll be a long time customer!

We used My Buddy the Plumber to complete an entire house re-pipe, including new feed lines, drain lines, main drain line liner, water softener, amongst other things. The project took over 6 weeks to complete, with constant delays. The plumbers were hard workers, but our project was constantly de-prioritized from other “more urgent” projects elsewhere. Received great service from Eric! He came out to my home in Herriman and quickly fixed a leaky kitchen faucet and replaced my shower head. I’m needing to get a soft water system soon and will definitely be reaching out to Eric at My Buddy the Plumber to do it! Scheduling was easy and quick!
