Don’t ever use My Buddy the Plumber or Roter-Rooter! If I could give these guys a zero-star rating, I would. We got on Angies list told them we were having issues with our sprinkler system, and they referred me to My Buddy the Plumber. I called them, they quoted me a diagnostic fee of $300. The technician came out, didn’t know what to do so he called his master plumber. The master plumber came out and called Roto-Rooter who dug up my whole side yard.
