.(Update... The bottom line is that My Buddy The Plumber charged for services and parts they did not perform or install. They also padded their bill by replacing items that did not need to be replaced. When I filed a complaint with the Utah Licensing division, My Buddy The Plumber did issue a full refund. That is all well and good but does nothing to stop them from treating other customers like they treated me.
