Bad experience with this company!! Very disappointing, wish i could give 0 stars!! Jordan installed a very expensive AC coil wrong and shortly thereafter I had to spend thousands of $$ to redo what they had done. Two other AC companies gave me bids to fix their mistake and both said they had never seen such a poor job. When I contacted them to deal with the issue they tried to pawn me off on another company.
We got a new AC unit installed. We have had Mike before for plumbing and AC issues. He is professional and friendly. We are always happy with My Buddy!
Calling in the middle of summer for help with a Broken AC Unit, they got someone out the same day and kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. I am so very grateful for the hard work and communication by Mike. I will have My Buddy the Plumber on speed dial for any other issue I have and need help with.
