They don’t honor their $235 membership. They were happy to give me the lowest end furnace for $6500 and included this membership. When I tried to utilize the membership… crickets… I couldn’t recommend them unless you have a deadly emergency.
They were a trusted and reliable company... until they were not. Several years ago, I signed up for their membership service called "My Buddy The Plumber’s Club". After more than a year of the service I called to cancel the service. The person I spoke to said that was fine and they had cancelled the subscription. Well.... After several months (almost a year!!) Don't let these guys work on your Sprinkler System. They put an above ground backflow in the ground which is against code for a customer of ours.
Larry was awesome! We had a system installed a few months back. It stopped responding—turns out it was our older thermostat that needed to be replaced. Larry diagnosed the issue, as well as tidied up some loose end the installers missed.
Larry did a great job with our HVAC unit. He was professional, quick to diagnose and issue and solve it. Glad we had him out!
