I booked a body waxing service here and left with serious concerns about hygiene and safety. The technician used a roll-on wax applicator on my legs that did not appear to be replaced or sanitized between clients. Wax was applied in multiple directions and removed in large sections without holding the skin taut, which caused significant pain. By the next morning, I had bruising and irritation everywhere. Santosh was very nice and gentle with me. And always asked if I was okay. And I love that I can always use my Groupon here. I’ve been coming here for years and I have no complaints with my Brazilian wax
