No one ever answers the phone . Or calls back . Or answers messages . Ever . Is this a real company ? Are there any humans running this facility ? If my experience over the last 3 months is any indication , the answer is no .
SO easy to work with. Made storage a breeze! Would definitely recommend to anyone! :)
Storing with Stuf was super easy. I live in the area and wanted extra space at home so I moved some belongings into this beautiful facility, both inside and out (I can’t believe I’m saying that about self-storage). There are a few self-storage providers in the area but none of them had very inviting spaces; plus, Stuf was pretty competitive in rate and had amazing customer service from the first interaction. Nice to have a self storage option so close to downtown Brooklyn. Very reasonable rates as well. There aren't a ton of high quality options in this area with these price levels.
