I had an amazing experience at Ur Broke Phone. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. He first fixed my iPad quickly and did a great job, so I came back to have my iPhone checked as well. Not only did he take care of it, but he even replaced the battery for free because it was swollen. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs. 5 stars all the way
This was a great local service and they should be greatly rewarded. My phone was fixed in a short amount of time and the price was extremely reasonable. The other shops I called beforehand were charging exorbitant prices (over $100) and even claimed it would take an hour or more to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and the technician was especially kind. I will be going back any time I need repairs!

They replaced the cracked screen on my iPad. Service was very quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Edit: 3 years later, I cracked my iPad screen again, and Mani took care of me! This place is top notch!
