A week after my first visit to Ur Broken Phone having my shattered screen replaced, I took my phone to a water park and got it wet. Luckily Ur Broken Phone saved the day- again! I was so appreciative for how fast and convenient it was. He saved me the price of a new phone! Thank you!!!!
Manny was terrific! Based on my phone’s condition I was worried that I was just going to have to get a new phone and pay upwards of $1000 or sign a new phone contract, but Manny set very reasonable expectations about what may and may not be possible with it given its condition and he exceeded all expectations.
