Unprofessional and rude. Spoke with the receptionist Alyssa who said someone would get back to my inquiry. Well it’s been over a month and I even reached out by email twice with not so much as a reply back. Probably a sign if communication upfront is poor (or in this case non-existent) to look elsewhere. How you treat potential customers matters. If you are not interested in a six digit contract just be polite and say so.
We had a great experience with My Boys. We added a master bathroom to our upstairs, and completely gutted and renovated our first floor, including the kitchen. We added on to the back of our house, which required changing door placements, window placements, and installing new flooring. The communication throughout was very open and constant, and everyone on the team is incredibly pleasant to work with. We love our new spaces!
