Back in February I hit an animal and smashed the front of my Escape pretty good. I sent it here to get fixed and they did amazing work. They were quick, efficient and so friendly. I would definitely go back if I need to in the future.
I have heard many good expirences but I still think I should share mine. My car was there last year through Chelsea Chevy. When I got it back they put the paint on my new door so thin you could see the old red paint in the sun. They somehow forgot to mask off my mirror so there was black over spray all over it. They left a wrench inside my door panel. And also didnt even bother to paint the inside of the door jam. After all that they forgot to reapply my pin stripes ON ONE SIDE. I would like to thank Teresa and John for all their help after some body damage to my truck. My truck looks even better now than it did before I damaged it. They went out of there way to make us feel special, and were extremely patient and kind while we sorted through getting the payment made to fix my vehicle!
