Our family loves Dr Culkison Off. He’s very respectful to his patients. He takes the time to sit and listen to any concerns we might have, and tries his best to find a solution to the problem the patient faces. I love Dr. Feltner she cares and she’s the best.

I have been going here for several years now, I have had a lot of health problems and usually I don’t give reviews but I thought I would on this but, But Dr Culluison Took his time , Listening to me when others would not he has did a wonderful job on getting me straightened out and feeling a lot better I have told many people on how wonderful he has been. Thanks to him and the nice Staff he has. Also a smile when entering the building and leaving.
I really appreciate My Bloomfield Clinic. The staff is always super helpful. When the nurses take blood, I hardly feel a thing. Dr. Ariel Feltner is good about explaining things. She adjusts treatments to the needs of the patient. I am so thankful that after years of living in Idaho, I feel I finally get good quality care right here in Bloomfield, Indiana.
I go here for therapy and Renee is great. Most staff is great but when you call to talk to a receptionist some of them are downright rude and never seem to have the correct info that is needed to give to patients. It becomes frustrating and confusing at times.
