Pushy seller, went in today for a new helmet 14/7/25, chose one but was only available in small, told him I need xl, but insisted on getting me a price for it, does he think I will buy an helmet that doesn't fit if I like the price? This company has a new website called ridershift.com. Like many reviews here have stated, the communication is extremely poor! I had an issue where the tracking number I received had been canceled. The lack of communication had me go as far as disputing the charge. Roughly a week later, I got a response from someone who said my order had been shipped by Royal Mail and that I should receive the order within the week, but it had no tracking number. Please answer your phone, reply to the messages, I have messaged several times asking for a tracking number for my item. Updated - i have now received my item, and I`m very pleased with it, please take into account my above comments about communication, this is key to running a successful business. All the best for the future
