Love this place and so happy we decided to bring our Opi here for grooming. We adopted him a year and half ago and the first time we took him for grooming (elsewhere) resulted in severe razor burn and him cowering in the bathroom for two weeks. My Best Friend did an amazing job and Opi left the appointment his same happy and energetic self! No razor burn or cowering for him thanks to My Best Friend. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend My Best Friend to all my family and friends. Thank you! ❤️

Brought my dog in for a nail grinding however only one paw was trimmed. I was charged, and paid, full price in cash for the service not realizing the other nails were not trimmed. We discovered that my dog had a paw injury and severe nail infection two days later… My request for a refund for the $23 nail trim service from My Dog’s Best Friend’s owner, Susan, was very unpleasant and met w much resistance as she refused to acknowledge that any one of her employees could ever make a mistake like that and went even further, inad... read more
Susan and her team are the BEST!!! She has taken care of all my yellow labs - especially after they’ve been skunked!!
This is a wonderful place! My cat Minnie had knots and mattes in her fur that were making her uncomfortable. They gave her a trim and cleaned her up beautifully. I don’t think her coat has ever been so soft! Thanks for caring for Minnie!

They took in my newer cat Bojangles who was knotted and matted up beyond belief. She was very skiddish. It took 4 of them but they managed to get her looking pretty and she even came home in a good mood - not stressed. Thanks to the entire team for being super friendly, taking care of her and keeping me updated while I was at work in the process. I highly recommend them. 😻

They are very accommodating with appointments and have always done a great job grooming my Portuguese Water Dog. She's a nervous dog but has come to like it here.
Have been going here since I got my dog 8 years ago. They are the best!
