Jess in the shopping support department is an incredible, dedicated, and patient 😘person to have on your team, supporting your amazing designers. Jess not only ordered, supplied, and arranged deliveries, but also sorted out returns and reordered again, all for not just one room but for five, with more rooms to be completed and then the garden and courtyard 🤗! I was sceptical initially and prepared to write off the payment. I could not have been more wrong. The process from the beginning exceeded all expectation. Debbie made the experience a joy. Everything she suggested worked and I loved all her choices. Jess who managed the shopping part was equally helpful. I’m a huge fan and intend to use again. Nothing short of a triumph in my opinion.
After already having had 2 rooms designed by MBR, I used the styling service for my home office. Once again, talented Laura C has come up with a beautiful colour scheme and some lovely accessories to transform my space. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend MBR.
I had a great experience with my designer Kerry who assisted me in creating a relaxed, grown up space in our sunroom. The process is very clear and straightforward and Kerry definitely 'got' the brief. She was friendly and personable to work with and quick to respond. The shopping process afterwards has been smooth and simple with the shopping assistant price-matching in the couple of instances where products were cheaper elsewhere. From start to finish, this was the most seamless and helpful process! Lindsey listened to my vision and made it come to life. Couldn't have asked for a better design, it was perfect. If you're thinking of trying this out, DO IT. You won't regret it.
