Quick treatment! Tech was pleasant and nails turned out neat.
As a licensed manicurist, Service was quick and cuticle work was not the best. They cared more about pedicure services.
I got a deluxe pedicure this morning with my mom, and we had an amazing experience. SO relaxing. The massage chair was so comfortable, and the foot and leg massage was amazing. And I loved the parafin wax on my feet. Overall an amazing experience, and we will definitely go back.
I used to get service here. The service is not personable. I do not need conversation during service. That is not the part…they act like you are bothering them or disturbing them by being there. Now, the reason I will never go back. I was preparing that afternoon for an event that evening. I wanted to remove gel polish and a new color to match my outfit. When I told them what I wanted, they refused service. Never again will I enter My Bella. I was shocked by the experience.
