I’ve been going to this salon now for about 8 months or so. Great customer service, always very polite and hospitable. I’ve been with both technicians Kris and Alina, and they both have great retention and every service is consistent + detail oriented. Alina is always so kind and gentle and can’t see myself going anywhere else for an incredible mani/pedi!!
I really love how my nails turned out. They look exactly how I wanted them. Alina did a great job and paid so much attention to the details especially impressive for how young she is. The salon was clean, comfortable, and overall a really good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Today was my second time visiting the salon to get my nails done. I was unhappy with my experience. I had shown an inspiration picture of a deep red colour. When she put a swatch of the colour on me I immediately told her it looked purple and not what I wanted. She insisted it was a cherry red. I then finished my appointment and went outside and it was straight purple. I showed the reception my nails and she said they would absolutely not fix the colour. 6 months of consistent manicures and always leave satisfied and happy. Only reason I sometimes come back in 3 weeks instead of 4 is to have a new colour because otherwise everything holds. Love the ease of booking, and the welcoming environment.
