Terrible. I received a color service that was completely different from what I requested. The stylist did not follow any of the instructions I provided after showing a picture and the results were unacceptable. I communicated my concerns during the appointment and the stylist became unprofessional and dismissive. The service left my hair looking crazy and will now require professional correction. She didn’t blend the bleach at all and I asked for HIGHLIGHTS. It literally looks like she just slapped bleach on my hair. She act... read more

Hi I really enjoyed my services with Ms. Taiwo, she really has a humble spirit. I had a retouch relaxer only roots, wash,deep condition,and a roller set done. No disrespect I brought my comb so I can wrap my hair which I usually do after I get my hair done. My hair really turned out great my scalp and hair feels good. I'm a really happy customer.
