Bob is extremely professional. He came and looked at our tree in the fall after a lightning strike and said wait until spring to see if it is survivable. Came back in spring, determined it looked good, trimmed and fertilized cleaned up when done. Great job. would recommend to anyone wants a Pro.
The crew was very professional and cordial in their work. They answered all our questions and took the time to talk about the different trees in our yard in addition to the dead trees they removed. Cleaned up the yard very nicely. We highly recommend My Backyard to anyone for tree removal as well as treating trees that are struggling with disease, insects, stress, etc.
