The place was nice and the owner is nice but I was very disappointed the day of my baby shower I wanted a Winnie the Pooh theme with sunflowers but when I got there no sunflowers and no Winnie the Pooh the balloon set up was so plain. I went the week of the baby shower to take the balloons and we discussed the set up she painted a very pretty picture and I also told her if she didn’t have it to let me know so I can order them n have them in time, but she told me she had sunflowers and the Winnie the Pooh. Gaby seems super nice at first, she talks a lot when meeting in person but is super uncommunicative after receiving deposit, when I had to message her about a question she was often confused and I had to remind her several times of the event date. There is no signed agreement for anything, so that honestly should have been our red flag because she kept 50% of the deposit because the cleaning was not up to her standards, even though we swept and mopped.
